Who is responsible
PrecisionTraderEdge operates KERNACT and is responsible for the information submitted through the Early Access form. For privacy questions or requests, email precisiontraderedge@gmail.com.
What we collect
We collect your email address, trading type, selected execution problem, answer about a possible conversation, and the date of submission. Please do not provide trading account details, financial records or sensitive personal information.
How we use it and our legal basis
When you voluntarily join the list, you consent to our using your answers to manage Early Access, understand which execution problems to research, and email you relevant KERNACT development and access updates. If you select “Yes” to a short conversation, we may also contact you for product research. We do not use this sign-up for unrelated marketing. Our legal basis for these uses is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Where the information goes
The form is provided by Tally, which processes form submissions so we can view and manage them. Access to responses is limited to people working on KERNACT who need them for these purposes. We do not sell your information. This static site does not use an advertising tracker.
How long we keep it
We keep your Early Access response for up to 12 months from submission, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. If we want to keep using it after that period, we will ask you again first.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent or ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing precisiontraderedge@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect use that took place before you withdrew. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Sweden this is IMY.
